Programs
Parent and Tot (18 months to 3 years) 45 minutes
Summer Session: $140 + tax = $158.20
This class is a wonderful way for parents to experience the world of gymnastics through the eyes of their toddler. Children take part in a variety of fun activities along with a parent or guardian. Toddlers will begin building independence, developing gross motor skills and improving balance all while creating fun memories
"ALMOST" By Myself (2 1/2 to 3 years) 45 minutes
Summer Session: $140 + tax = $158.20
This class is designed for our little members who have participated in our Parent and Tot program OR are ALMOST ready to participate without parent involvement. Parents will assist their child through basic stations and circuits, with minimum assistance, while building confidence and having fun.
Tiny Tots (3 and 4 year old PRESCHOOLERS) 45 minutes
Summer Session: $140 + tax = $158.20
Children will begin to learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics. They will explore the different apparatus while developing motor skills, balance and independence. This is a great introductory class to the world of gymnastics.
Junior Tots (4 and 6 year old KINDERGARTENERS) 55 minutes
Summer Session: $150.50 + tax = $170.05
Children begin to develop confidence and coordination as they become familiar with the basic positions and skills involved in gymnastics. They will participate in activities on all the apparatus. This is the perfect age to get involved in the sport of gymnastics.
Gym Kids (6 years and in GRADE 1 to 12 years) 1 hour 15 minutes
Summer Session: $178.50 + tax =$201.70
Each gymnast will learn skills specific to their individual ability on each apparatus and build self-esteem as they accomplish new goals. This program is designed to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and self esteem, all while having fun.
Boys Rough & Tumble (7 to 12 years) 1 hour 15 minutes
This class incorporates skills and positions specific to men's gymnastics while also working on strength and fitness. It is an excellent way to build self-confidence while developing muscle control and new skills.
Tween/Teen Gym (10 and up) 1 hour 15 minutes
This class is a wonderful way for teens to meet new friends and get some exercise. Teens will learn about body awareness, muscle control and build self-esteem as they work to try and achieve new skills.
